The Real Reason(in my opinion) Obesity Tripled Since the 1970s
Somewhere along the way, we were convinced that:
Fat would kill us.
Salt would destroy our hearts.
Red meat would give us cancer.
Skipping breakfast would ruin our metabolism.
So we listened.
We bought the low-fat foods.
We ate the cereal.
We drank the diet drinks.
We started snacking all day long.
And while we were busy following the rules…
Obesity tripled.
So maybe the problem was never steak, eggs, butter, or salt.
Maybe the problem was food turning into products.
The Food Industry Didn’t Sell You Nutrition
They Sold You Convenience
Suddenly food came in boxes.
“Low-fat.”
“Heart healthy.”
“High protein.”
“Diet friendly.”
But flip the label and what do you see?
Sugar.
Refined grains.
Seed oils.
Ingredients your grandmother wouldn’t recognize.
Food stopped being food.
It became manufactured calories designed to keep you hungry.
Then Came the Snacking Culture
We didn’t just change what we ate.
We changed how often we ate.
Breakfast.
Snack.
Lunch.
Snack.
Dinner.
Snack.
Your body never gets a break.
Your hormones never stabilize.
And somehow we’re surprised people are exhausted, inflamed, and constantly hungry.
Meanwhile the Basics Got Forgotten
While everyone argues about carbs, fats, and the latest diet trend…
The real foundations of health got ignored.
Sunlight.
Movement.
Strength training.
Sleep.
Real food.
None of those things are complicated.
But they also don’t make billion-dollar industries.
Here’s the Truth Most People Don’t Want to Hear
Your body isn’t broken.
It’s overwhelmed by too much processed food and too little real living.
You don’t need a miracle supplement.
You probably need:
More whole food.
More movement.
More strength.
More sunlight.
More sleep.
And a lot less noise from the wellness industry.
My Approach
I don’t coach gimmicks.
I coach habits that actually work.
Lift weights.
Eat real food.
Get outside.
Be consistent.
Because the truth is simple:
✨ Consistency compounds.
