Progression not perfection is what I say a lot. Balance is key in our busy lives. I’v been on a new journey myself. After having our last baby in November of 2022 a lot of firsts have happened for me. Lots of what’s next? Finding my purpose beyond being a mother to our kids and wife to Travis. Many things have happened that are not ideal but it’s how we take things on with a positive mindset that has made all the difference.
I say things like I have to fill my cup up first before I can be that mom and role model to our kids. At the end of the day I want my kids to see a mom who is happy, strong, confident and achieving goals even in her mid 30’s.
There is no one sized fits approach. There are so many factors that play into women. Our hormones being huge, lifestyle choices, our workout choices, etc.
In just over 7 months I’ve changed a lot. My lifestyle choices, my gratitude journaling, meditation, prayer and so much more!
I choose to wake up before my kids to fill my cup up before the daily routine starts. It’s been a huge positive change in my life and I’d love to share with some women who are wanting to make a change.
In learning how to rewire your daily routine. It takes action on your part and complete honesty with yourself and utilizing someone to keep you accountable is key.
I have changed my nutrition to be able to eat together as a family with options for all 8 of us that fit within my lifestyle goals. Yes, there’s pizza and ice cream involved but it’s all about balance. I also use natural supplementation as part of my daily routine. My end goal is to be healthy for the long term and live each day being comfortable and confident.
Being in the wellness industry we’ve seen a lot of new medications for weight loss, etc for a while now and through making changing myself I’m feeling confident that I too can help women who feel stuck and are wanting to put in the work to make the change to a better and happier lifestyle.
My before and after pictures are about 6 months apart. The goals I’ve set; some I’ve met and some I’m still working on. At the end of the day what matters to me is that I feel like I’m happy in my skin, setting an example for my kids and the people around me to continue the journey of being the best possible version of myself. And most of all my mindset has changed so much for the better. I’m happy, inspired and mostly positive. 🙂
If you’d like to get started on YOUR journey to success, message me. I am willing to do some virtual and in person sessions as I do have some time available! My biggest end goal is getting you feeling better and confident in your skin. We are all so different and our successes are so individualized. Have a great Saturday!
