Workout/Lunch

Check out my workout and lunch today! I did T-25 Core Cardio followed by a little extra booty work with Makenzie and company! 😉

Lunch:
1 C Romaine Lettuce
4 oz Pork Tenderloin (leftover from Tuesday’s dinner)
1 oz Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Hard Boiled Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste

350 Calories
4 Carbs
22 Fat
40 Protein
